Refund policy

How many days to make a return? 

You have 10 days from the receipt of delivery to return the items that are returnable.

What items are returnable?

Most threads (apparel) and sole mates (shoes) are returnable within 10 days of delivery date. All items must be unwashed and unworn with the tags attached and original packaging. All threads and sole mates must be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Sole mates must be returned in its original packaging and packed in a durable and protective manner. Damaged returns will not be accepted. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Items with scents
  • Items with deodorant stains
  • Items with make up stains 
  • Items with food stains
  • Items with signs of wear
  • Bodysuits                                                                                                       
  • Lingerie 
  • Tights or Leggings 
  • Worn Items 
  • Accessories
  • Final sale items 
  • Promotional items
  • Shipping Fees, even if the item is returned 

 

Can I get my money back? 

All accepted returns will be issued a store credit only. Monetary refunds are not available. Please note that FINAL SALES cannot be returned.​

Lost/stolen packages

A Lady's Thread Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows delivered to . your address and you have not received it, you must contact United States Postal directly at 1-800-275-8777. Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.​

Shipping costs for returns

Any costs related to return shipping is the sole responsibility of the consumer. However, if you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the shipping costs for the return. 

How soon will I receive my store credit?

Once the return have been accepted and approved, please allow 5-7 business days for your store credit to be issued.
