Shipping policy

Order processing can take 1-2 days. Once the order is processed you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and the carrier that was used.

Domestic Shipping

In great effort, most orders placed before 12 pm CST will ship the same day and after 12 pm will ship the next business day. Most items are shipped domestically with USPS, unless specified otherwise (UPS can be used at times).

International Shipping 

Yes, we ship Internationally through DHL for international shipping rates. Prices vary on location and weight and are determined at checkout.

All prices on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped.  If for any reason your item is not deliverable and is returned to the store you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items only. The shipping fees will not be reimbursed. Please carefully check your address before finalizing your order. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be a shipping and handling fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS, or DHL has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.
